What to Expect from Your Private Lesson:

• 2 Hours of Beekeeping Instruction (can upgrade time if desired / needed): Dive deep into the world of beekeeping with two hours of expert guidance. Private lessons are for up to 2 people at a time – additional people may be added upon request for an additional fee.
• Working with Live Bees: Get up close and personal with live bees, learning hands-on techniques that you can apply directly to your own hives.
• Customized Lessons: We tailor each lesson to your learning objectives and management goals, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us.

What You’ll Learn:

• Beekeeping Basics: Understand the foundational principles of beekeeping, whether you’re a beginner or need a refresher.
• Honey Bee Biology: Learn about the fascinating biology and behavior of honey bees, gaining insight into their roles within the hive.
• Hive Management: Explore the inside of a beehive and learn best practices, strategies, and techniques to keep your bees healthy and productive.

• Suit/Protective Gear: If you don’t have your own, please let us know ahead of time, and we can provide it.
• Water: Stay hydrated during your lesson.
