Questions we’re often asked:
- Do your bees make this honey? Yes! Of course! This seems like it would have an obvious answer, however, there are many honey packers that do not produce their own honey.
- Is this true, local, Texas honey? YES, YES, YES!
- Do you filter the honey? We filter the honey just enough to keep large amounts of comb out of the honey (no filtration for our “fresh comb” and “chunk” honey) but with large enough filters to allow the pollen pass through. This process allows for more flavor and nutrients in the honey.
- Can we meet your bees? Of course! We offer guided tours of our facilities and are happy to have you. You can also attend beekeeping classes with us to learn how to keep bees for your own fresh honey source!
